1. Data controller
Karla Ledesma, commercial photographer, with address at Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you provide through this website, under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Contact: karla@karlaledesma.mx.
2. Data collected
Through the contact form: name, company or brand, email, phone (optional) and any project information you choose to share. No sensitive or financial data is requested; please don’t include it in your message.
3. Purposes
Your data is used only to reply to your inquiry, prepare proposals and quotes, and follow up on any business relationship that results. It is not used for marketing or advertising, and you won’t be added to any newsletter.
4. Processors and transfers
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. It is handled through the web-hosting and email providers that run the site and deliver your message, acting as processors. It would only be disclosed to authorities where the law requires it.
5. Retention
Messages are kept in the controller’s mailbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. If a message cannot be delivered because of a technical error, a copy is kept on the server for up to 30 days so it can still be answered, and is then deleted.
6. Your rights
You can access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), revoke your consent or limit its use by writing to karla@karlaledesma.mx. Include your name, a way to receive the reply, a description of the data and the right you wish to exercise, and a document proving your identity. You will receive a reply within the time limits set by law.
7. Cookies and technical data
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It only sets a technical session cookie on the contact form, to protect it from automated submissions, which is deleted when you close your browser. The server logs technical data (IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and general statistics.
8. Changes to this notice
Any change to this privacy notice will be published on this page with the date of the latest update.
